Kettlebell Yoga: a four-week intensive
Wednesday, 2 December 2026 17:30 UTC Online (Zoom), Tuesdays €120
Four Tuesday evenings building one 30-minute flow you can keep doing alone — kettlebell swings and presses interleaved with Iyengar standing poses, held with real alignment.
Full description
The aim of these four weeks is not to get you through four workouts. It is to leave you with a single thirty-minute sequence you can run on your own, correctly, for years.
Week 1 — the hinge, the swing, and Tadasana as the reference for every standing pose. Week 2 — the clean and press; Trikonasana and Virabhadrasana II as the openers that make the press safe. Week 3 — the Turkish get-up, broken into its seven positions. Week 4 — the whole flow, assembled and timed.
One kettlebell is enough. If you are buying your first, 12 kg suits most people new to this; 16 kg if you already lift.

A morning of sitting — choiceless awareness
Sunday, 17 January 2027 07:00 UTC Online (Zoom) Pay what you can
Three hours of mostly silence, starting at dawn. Short periods of pranayama, long periods of sitting, and two conversations about what actually happened in between.
Full description
There is no guided visualisation and no recorded voice. We begin with pranayama long enough for the breath to settle, and then we sit.
Between sittings we talk — not about technique, but about what the mind did while nobody was instructing it. That conversation is the part most people find unfamiliar, and it is the part that matters.
Suitable for complete beginners. If you have only ever meditated with an app, this will feel strange for the first hour. That is the point.

Recordings are not published, but the descriptions stay up so you can see the shape of what runs here — and ask for a date if you would like one repeated.

Webinar
Consulting the Oracle: an introduction to the I-Ching
Saturday, 12 September 2026 Online (Zoom)
Ninety minutes on what a casting is, how to perform one with coins, and how to read the answer without handing your judgement over to it. Bring three coins and a notebook.
Full description
An opening session for people who have heard the I-Ching mentioned by Jung or Hesse and want to see what the practice actually consists of.
We cover the mechanics first — the coin method, the six lines, the moving lines — and then spend the second half on the harder question: how to read a casting as a mirror rather than a prediction.
You will need: three coins of the same denomination, and something to write in. No prior reading required.
Note for Prem: to add an event, copy any file in
src/content/events/, change the fields at the top, and commit. Netlify
rebuilds on its own and the event moves to “Past” automatically the day after it
ends. Set draft: true to stage one without publishing it.
